Fixed rotary chuck: It can only rotate itself, and the chuck can reduce the resistance of the pipe to move back and forth.

Cantilevered gantry: With cutting, it can cut on the square tube surface.

2. Introduction to the software
The cylindrical intersecting wire holes of different directions and different diameters can be cut on the main pipe to satisfy the condition that the branch pipe axis is perpendicularly intersected with the eccentricity and non-eccentricity of the main pipe axis.

The cylindrical intersecting line end can be cut at the end of the branch pipe to satisfy the condition that the branch pipe axis is perpendicularly and obliquely intersected with the eccentricity and non-eccentricity of the main pipe axis.

The workpiece is a pipe, and the cut pattern is roughly similar, but the length of the cut, the angle of the end face, and the size of the figure are different. The software can automatically arrange the graphics according to the item number parameters input in the EXCEL form, so that the materials are the most economical and fastest. The system can automatically calculate how many tubes can be cut by a pipe according to the length of the input pipe, and how many pipes are needed to cut a certain number of finished products.
